   • We do not guarantee a perfect match in color or texture for touch-up paint or paint correction services.

   • Customers are advised to remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before the appointment.

5. Liability and Warranty:

   • We are not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues with the vehicle’s paintwork, interior, or mechanical components.

   • The effectiveness of deep scratch repair depends on factors such as the severity of the scratch, the type of paint, and the age of the vehicle. We will assess the scratch during our initial inspection and provide a realistic expectation of the outcome.

   • Additional charges may apply if the deep scratch requires extensive paint correction, blending, or touch-up work beyond the scope of our standard service. We will inform you of any additional costs before proceeding with the repair.

   • We do not guarantee a perfect match in color or texture for deep scratch repair. While we use high-quality paint and blending techniques, variations may occur due to factors such as paint fading, age, and weathering of the vehicle.

   • Our deep scratch repair service is not suitable for damage that has penetrated through multiple layers of paint or caused structural damage to the vehicle. In such cases, we recommend consulting a professional body shop for comprehensive repair solutions.

9. Paint Correction:

   • Our paint correction service is designed to improve the appearance of your vehicle’s paintwork by removing imperfections such as swirl marks, light scratches, and oxidation.    • We do not guarantee a completely flawless finish after paint correction. While we use professional-grade equipment and techniques, variations in paint texture, color, and surface condition may impact the final result.

   • Our paint correction service does not include structural repairs, dent removal, or touch-up painting for deep scratches. For comprehensive paint restoration, we recommend consulting a professional auto body shop.
